Flavor, Green tea , Malve Leaves, Panax Ginseng, Senna Leaves,  Natural and Artificial Peach Root, Natural Orange Flavor. Natural Lime and Lemon flavour.

USAGE;

Begin drinking at half strength by diluting with water and reducing the steeping time. Gradually increase the tea strength as your digestive system adjusts. Steep one tea bag in a cup of Hot water for 2-5 minutes to desired strength and taste. Drink 15 minutes before or during meals. If desired, add honey  or sweetener to taste. Do not exceed recommended usage. Cannot be use more than twice daily. Recommend dose is one tea bag daily. Drink Anytime. Please drink it  Hot or Cold.
